Our classes are offered in the spring and the fall. This fall and winter we are pleased to be offering Nutrition Support Groups and a Support Group for people who feel chronically ill.

March 28: The health of your digestive system has surprising impacts on every part of your body, including your brain and your immune system.
March 23: Three presenters who are local experts in the field of health and wellness will give a talk with the focus on the importance of becoming Trauma-informed.
April 24: Join Dr. Chesney for a free talk, as she discusses Lyme disease and ways to prevent it, as well as ways to diagnose and treat.
May 1, 8, 15, 22: What is it? A four week cleanse which emphasizes eating whole foods, avoiding toxic triggers (gluten, dairy, sugar, caffeine, and alcohol), and optional supplementation for gut and liver health.
May 9: What is emotional overeating? How can we regain some control and balance regarding food in our lives? Join Ruth Goldstein, MS, RN to explore these questions.
