We are a short distance from I-91 Exit 5, heading south on Route 5.

We are approximately 2.5 hours from Boston and 4.5 hours from New York City.

From the South & West

Via Interstate-91
  • Take I-91 North to Exit 5- Westminster & Bellows Falls
  • Bear right at the end of the exit ramp onto the I-91 Access Road
  • Continue to the stop sign at the intersection of the I-91 Access Road and US Route 5
  • Turn right onto Route 5 South and travel 1 mile
  • Sojourns Community Clinic is on the right in a large white farmhouse with a large red barn
Via Route 5 (Brattleboro, Putney)
  • Pass through the village of Westminster on route 5
  • We are located 1.3 miles north of the Westminster Town Hall on US Route 5

From the North

  • Take I-91 South to Exit 5- Westminster & Bellows Falls

  • Turn left (south) onto Route 5 at the end of the underpass
  • Continue south on Route 5 (past the veterinary clinic on the left) for 0.2 miles
  • Sojourns Community Clinic is on the right in a large white farmhouse with a large red barn
