Do I need a referral from my primary care provider to see you?

Some insurance policies require that you have a referral for some of the services we offer. It depends on the specific service, your insurance company, and the specifics of your plan. You can contact your insurance company using the customer service phone number on the back of the card to find out if a referral is needed for a specific service.
