Their practices incorporate Myofascial Release, Muscle Energy Techniques, Craniosacral Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Mechanical Link, Deep tissue work and traditional Physical Therapy approaches.

Physical Therapy is used to address:

  • biomechanical problems
  • sport-related injuries
  • musculoskeletal injuries
  • joint rehabilitation post-surgery
  • temporo-mandibular joint syndrome (TMJ)
  • fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue
  • loss of strength or coordination
  • headaches
  • acute and chronic pain
  • arthritis

Our PT's often work with our medical team to create an effective holistic protocol, knowing that the health of our muscles and joints is dependent on, and contributes to, many other aspects of health.

Many insurance policies will cover the cost of physical therapy. Often a referral from your primary care physician is required.
