  2. In response to your request, you will receive two emails, each with links to two separate sets of online new-patient forms.

  3. Once both sets of online new-patient forms are completed/submitted, we will contact you to schedule your appointment(s).

Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Who We Serve

We serve people of all ages, providing treatment for acute and chronic problems, recognizing that symptoms are not diseases, but rather, signs from the body to adapt, regulate and neutralize the factors that cause disease.

Real healing requires strengthening the body by removing blockages, relieving toxic load, and improving metabolism.

We will work with you to understand and support the wisdom of your body, actively collaborating with each other and with you to create an effective care plan.

Our on-site apothecary is stocked with high quality nutritional supplements, homeopathic remedies, essential oils, herbal essences, and bulk liquid and dried botanicals.

Accessibility

Sojourns is handicap accessible. We have a two-level facility with a chairlift (no elevator). If you are unable to use stairs with the aid of a chairlift, please inform us when you schedule your appointment so we can accommodate your needs.

Primary Care (not currently available to new patients)

We offer holistic primary care. We invite you to read our statement of intent for our primary care program and consider whether our primary care philosophy matches what you are seeking for your care.

Opioid Policy

One of our foundational medical principles is to "First, do no harm." We see this as a very broad statement that encompasses immediate and long-term perspectives, individuals and communities, as well as local and wider ecosystems. With this in mind, and with what we now know about the many problems caused by opioid medications in the world today, we have adopted the following restrictive policy regarding the prescribing of opioid medications. Please read Sojourns' Opioid Policy Agreement to learn more.
