“All disease begins in the gut” is a quote attributed to Hippocrates. Turns out he was right! Everything from gut issues like heartburn, bloating, constipation, and diarrhea to systemic issues such as inflammation, joint pain, and heart disease to psychological issues such as depression and anxiety, can all be linked to the gut.

Learn the connection between our microbiome, our health, our diets, and a western lifestyle while participating in this 3-week cleanse, based on the work of Dr. Alejandro Junger and his book Clean.

Learn the difference between a cleanse and a diet, while leveraging the power of community to achieve your goal(s)!

Not only are we going to do a cleanse, but also learn simple things you can do to leverage a healthier gut leading to a healthier you.

This cleanse utilizes a four-pronged approach to maximize gut health: an elimination diet, 2 liquid meals per day, intermittent fasting, and a supplement protocol. This is a very well-designed program that gives our bodies the opportunity to renew and replenish. Not only are we going to do a cleanse but learn the simple things you can do to leverage a healthier gut leading to a healthier you.

I strongly recommend this for anyone seeking to improve their gut health or to optimize their health. I consider this an important part of my own personal healthcare.
