Are All Services Covered?

Not all services at Sojourns are covered by health insurance. We're happy to help you understand your coverage.

Naturopathic Insurance Coverage

Vermont health insurance plans cover naturopathic medicine. If you have an out-of-state policy, naturopathic services may still be covered—call the customer service number on the back of your card to confirm.

Information We Need

When calling to make an appointment, please have the following ready:

• Insurance identification number

• Subscriber's name and date of birth (if different from yours)

• Provider customer service phone number (found on the back of your card)

Your Right to a "Good Faith Estimate"

If you don't have insurance or choose not to use it, we're required by law to provide an estimate of your medical costs.

What you need to know:

• You have the right to receive a written Good Faith Estimate for any non-emergency services at least one business day before your appointment.

• You can request this estimate before scheduling your appointment.

• If your final bill is at least $400 more than the estimate, you have the right to dispute the charge.
