Through extensive hands-on training, she has built strong expertise in medical billing and office management. Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending time with her two kiddos and getting outdoors with them whenever she can.

    Lead Medical Biller

    Crystal joined Sojourns in August 2007 and works in Billing. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management and is a Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) and Certified Professional Biller (CPB). Crystal is drawn to Sojourns' mission of providing affordable, accessible healthcare and helping people become their own advocates. Her commitment to ensuring patients access needed care makes her perspective invaluable to organizational decision-making. She enjoys reading, watching movies, and spending time with her family.

  • Kate Donnelly

    Medical Biller

    Kate Donnelly joined Sojourns in September 2024 to work in Billing, after completing Medical Billing and Coding courses. Prior to Sojourns, Kate provided homecare services during the pandemic and worked as an LNA for eight years, devoting over 15 years to helping people. Her compassionate approach and dedication to patient care align perfectly with Sojourns' mission of accessible, holistic healthcare. When not at work, Kate enjoys baking, planning her veggie and flower garden, and spending time with her family.

  • Brandy Clarke

    Apothecary Manager

    Brandy is an artist and U.S. military veteran with deep commitment to holistic living and creative expression. A certified Family Herbalist, yoga instructor, and Reiki Level I & II practitioner currently pursuing Reiki Master certification, she integrates healing practices with intentional living. Brandy supports others on their journeys toward balance and energetic alignment while exploring emotional depth and spirituality through visual art. She thrives in natural environments through hiking and swimming, and enjoys music, dancing, culinary exploration, and travel. Her work is rooted in creativity, healing, and authentic connection.

    Client Advocate

    Julia joined Sojourns in April 2014 as Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer after volunteering as Board Administrator. A year later, she transitioned to Client Advocate within Client Services. With a varied professional background, Julia feels fortunate to work among dedicated, compassionate people committed to promoting wellness. Her role allows her to support clients on their healthcare journeys. When not at Sojourns, Julia enjoys time with her pug puppy, puttering in the garden, working out at Fit Body, and traveling to new and renewing destinations.

    Medical Records

    Jan joined Sojourns in 2018 as front office staff. She now handles our medical records.

  • Noah Tunkel

    Front Desk

    Noah started at Sojourns in October 2025. He is the smiling face that will greet you when you come in the door and will often be one who helps you on the phone. During his personal time, he stays active through candlepin bowling with his grandfather, weightlifting, basketball, and summer 5K runs. He enjoys video games and constantly pushes himself to improve his fitness.
