Wellness Plan

This is a Wellness Savings Membership. Enrolling in our Wellness Plan gives you the opportunity to obtain high quality medical care at reduced fees.

This plan is for:

  • Any individual or family whose insurance is not accepted at Sojourns

  • Any individual or family with only high-deductible, catastrophic insurance

  • Any individual or family with too costly or no health insurance

  • Any individual with Medicare who wants to consult with a Naturopathic practitioner.

Membership Benefits:

  • Three (3) free 30-minute visits per year ($630 value)

  • One (1) annual physical exam ($220 value)

  • Basic lab tests for annual physical ($125 value)

  • Six (6) sauna visits per year at $10 per visit ($180 value)

  • One purchase per month at the Apothecary at a 10% discount

  • Visits are transferrable from parent to child

Membership Cost:

For Established Patients:

  • Adult: $720 per year

  • Add a child to an adult plan: $360 per year

  • Child only: $600 per year

For New Patients:

(This includes a 1-hour establishing-care visit.)

  • Adult: $975 per year

  • Add a child to an adult plan: $615 per year

  • Child only: $855 per year

The fine print:

  • A member wellness visit cannot also be covered by insurance.

  • Discounts cannot be used for any services other than those listed in the plan.

  • Plan participants are responsible for scheduling their visits.

  • The enrollment date begins when the fee is paid in full and expires after 365 days. Enrollment is non-refundable.

  • Services not utilized at the end of each membership period cannot be carried over to a new membership period.

  • A payment plan is available (4 payments over two months - ask for details).
