Brandy Clarke
Apothecary Manager
Brandy joined Sojourns in 2024 and is an artist and U.S. military veteran with deep commitment to holistic living and creative expression. A certified Family Herbalist, yoga instructor, and a certified Reiki Master, she integrates healing practices with intentional living. Brandy supports others on their journeys toward balance and energetic alignment while exploring emotional depth and spirituality through visual art. She thrives in natural environments through hiking and swimming, and enjoys music, dancing, culinary exploration, and travel. Her work is rooted in creativity, healing, and authentic connection

Kate Donnelly
Billing Specialist
Kate joined Sojourns as an intern in 2023 while studying Medical Coding and Billing and then was hired in September 2024. She initially worked as a client advocate helping patients establish care and now serves as Medical Biller. Kate brings 15 years of customer service experience, primarily in healthcare including nursing homes, hospitals, and home caregiving. Outside of work, she enjoys baking for coworkers, trying new recipes, tending her summer garden, crafting, and spending time with her husband, family, and in nature.

Crystal Furtado
Billing Manager
Crystal joined Sojourns in August 2007 and works in Billing. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management and is a Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) and Certified Professional Biller (CPB). Crystal is drawn to Sojourns' mission of providing affordable, accessible healthcare and helping people become their own advocates. Her commitment to ensuring patients access needed care makes her perspective invaluable to organizational decision-making. She enjoys reading, watching movies, and spending time with her family.

Jan Lund
Medical Records
Jan joined Sojourns in 2018 as front office staff and now manages medical records. With 40 years of healthcare experience as a medical assistant, receptionist, and in various other roles, she brings extensive knowledge to her semi-retired position. Jan loves the calming atmosphere at Sojourns and the wonderful people she works with. Outside of work, she's an avid moviegoer who enjoys the beach, reading, online games with friends worldwide, and puzzles. Most importantly, she loves spending time with her family—she's been married for 51 years!

Julia Perks
Client Advocate
Julia joined Sojourns in April 2014 as Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer after volunteering as Board Administrator. A year later, she transitioned to Client Advocate within Client Services. With a varied professional background, Julia feels fortunate to work among dedicated, compassionate people committed to promoting wellness. Her role allows her to support clients on their healthcare journeys. When not at Sojourns, Julia enjoys time with her pug puppy, puttering in the garden, working out at Fit Body, and traveling to new and renewing destinations.

Noah Tunkel
Front Desk
Noah started at Sojourns in October 2025. He is the smiling face that will greet you when you come in the door and will often be one who helps you on the phone. During his personal time, he stays active through candlepin bowling with his grandfather, weightlifting, basketball, and summer 5K runs. He enjoys video games and constantly pushes himself to improve his fitness.

Susanne Booth
Medical Director
Susanne has served as Medical Director of Sojourns since January 2024, overseeing the clinic's medical practitioners, bodywork practitioners, apothecary, and nursing staff. She holds a Certificate in Midwifery, a Master's in Physical Therapy, and a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine. Drawing on her diverse clinical background and experience caring for patients of all ages, Susanne brings strong leadership and a holistic perspective to her role. Her commitment to whole-person care and collaborative practice helps guide Sojourns' integrated approach to healthcare.

Courtney Grenier
Senior Clinic Manager
Courtney joined Sojourns in May 2014 and has spent most of her adult life dedicated to supporting the clinic and helping serve the community. Through extensive hands-on training, she has built strong expertise in medical billing and office management. Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending time with her two kiddos and getting outdoors with them whenever she can.

Sue Haviland
Operations Director
After joining the Board in early 2025, Sue then transitioned from Development Director to the role of Operations Director. She comes from a background in nonprofit education and is passionate about ensuring Sojourns runs efficiently and effectively to serve all community members. Sue is committed to strengthening organizational systems, supporting staff, and ensuring the clinic can continue providing accessible, holistic healthcare regardless of patients' ability to pay. She focuses on creating sustainable operations that support Sojourns' mission and vision.
