New Year Cleanse

With Chris Hastings

(This is the 16th year time Chris has led this class!)

The cleanse is based on the work of Alejandro Junger MD and his Clean Gut protocol. It is a 3-week cleanse involving an elimination diet, light intermittent fasting, protein shakes two times per day as meal replacements, and a supplement protocol.

Classes will meet Tuesdays from 6-7 pm for 4 weeks from January 6 - 27. Classes will meet via zoom.

Nourish & Reset for Blood Sugar Balance

A 5-week supportive nutrition coaching series led by Sojourn’s registered dietitian and health coach, designed to help you feel more energized, clear, and steady—inside and out. This small-group experience blends practical guidance, community connection, and simple lifestyle tools you can use right away.

Anti-Inflammatory Reset

With Sephirah Stacey Oshkello, RD

A group program to enhance your body’s ability to heal from auto-immune disease, digestive distress and chronic ailments. This program will bring down your inflammatory response and allow you to feel nourished with radiant health. We will review concepts of an anti-inflammatory diet, create delicious meal plans, discuss stress management techniques, and explore your unique needs while reducing your overall pain. It is remarkable how much better you can feel with a few essential tweaks.
