Whether you have questions about medications, need to communicate symptoms or concerns to your provider, or require an urgent appointment, our team is here to help. Available by phone for both consultations and urgent matters, they ensure your healthcare concerns reach your provider promptly and also help coordinate the care you need. With their experience and compassionate approach, our clinical support staff provides the reassurance and access to knowledgeable care. Erin H

Clinical Support

  • Erin joined Sojourns in August 2025 as a Medical Assistant. She began her healthcare career as an LNA in 2009 and received on-the-job training as a Medical Assistant and phlebotomist. With over 15 years of experience across diverse healthcare settings including hospitals, clinics, assisted living, home health, and rehabilitation facilities, Erin brings compassionate, skilled care to patients. She is a proud mom to two wonderful children and enjoys spending time with her family and pets, quilting, and crocheting.

Tracy Laird

Clinical Support

  • Tracy joined Sojourns in 2010, bringing over 30 years of experience in, and around, medical care. She worked as a Licensed Nursing Assistant providing in-home care for 11 years and cared for adults with intellectual disabilities for five years before joining Sojourns. Tracy spent 13 years at the scheduling desk before moving into her current role as a Medical Assistant three years ago. Her extensive background in patient care and healthcare operations makes her a valued team member. She enjoys spending time with her family.

Brianna Schaefer

Clinical Support

  • Brianna joined Sojourns' clinical support team in 2016 after completing a Medical Assistant program. At work, she appreciates the kind and grateful patients, the supportive atmosphere among colleagues, and the beauty of Sojourns' building and grounds. Though she grew up in Western Montana, Vermont is home where her family is. Brianna enjoys the balance of connecting with patients throughout her workday and spending quiet time at home with her two children.

Emily Stoddard

Clinical Support

  • Emily joined Sojourns in June 2020 and holds an LNA license and an Associate's degree in Health Science & Nutrition with a Certification in Coaching. With experience in patient care since age 18, she works with the clinical staff and at the front desk. A Westminster native of 25 years, Emily now lives in New Hampshire with her partner, daughter, and dog. They enjoy spending time outdoors, summers at their camp on Summit Lake in Argyle, NY, and winters at their hunting camp in Cavendish.
