Erin Rayne is the founder of Good Culture Works, a consulting and coaching practice dedicated to helping leaders and organizations build values-driven cultures that foster engagement, collaboration, and meaningful impact. With over 25 years of experience in leadership, operations, and organizational development, Erin has worked across diverse industries to strengthen workplace culture, improve communication, and align strategy with purpose.
Erin’s work is grounded in the belief that when you take great care of people, everything else becomes possible. She has partnered with organizations to design and facilitate leadership training, team development workshops, and strategic planning processes that lead to measurable improvements in employee satisfaction, customer experience, and organizational performance. She is a certified PQ Coach™ in Positive Intelligence, an NLP Master Practitioner & Coach, and is Dare to Lead trained.
Erin is inspired daily by the power of purposeful transformation and reality-based optimism (no doubt attributable to her unwavering love of her hometown Cleveland Browns). She loves to travel, listen and learn. And, most of all, Erin thrives on interacting with people who are curious, authentic, and who actively cultivate good in the world.
