Hailee Simonds is an accounting manager and HR manager for a small start-up company in Springfield VT. With over 10 plus years of experience in high-level bookkeeping, she has worked with employers with small start-up companies to companies with over 75 employees, mainly focused on production and manufacturing, to also working as a contracted bookkeeper. She has an eye for attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and manages her time efficiently. With bookkeeping it was natural for Hailee to find human resource management over 5 years ago and became a SHRM Certified Professional in February of 2025. During Hailee’s personal time she loves to be by the water on her paddleboard, hiking, spending time with her husband and three dogs, and has been a certified Reiki practitioner for 5 years.
