Massage therapy offers a powerful way to address physical tension and pain while promoting overall wellness. Through hands-on manipulation of muscles and soft tissues, massage improves circulation, reduces stress, boosts immunity, and supports the body's natural healing processes. It can shift physical patterns that contribute to imbalances energetically, mentally, emotionally, and physically. Massage therapy is effective for managing chronic pain, muscle tension, sports injuries, headaches, and stress-related conditions. Our massage therapist specializes in Thai and Ayurvedic. She uses tailored techniques to bring clients into release and relaxation. Massage therapy complements other medical treatments as part of an integrated approach to healthcare.

Traditional Thai massage is an ancient healing art combining acupressure, assisted stretches, and rhythmic compression. Performed on a mat with clients fully clothed, it increases flexibility and range of motion, improves alignment, releases tension, and promotes energy flow. Thai on the Table is a hybrid treatment offering table comfort with warm herbal oil, combining Thai stretching, compression, and acupressure with flowing massage strokes. Sarah specializes in this art.

Ayurvedic massage uses warm herbal oils and rhythmic strokes tailored to your unique constitution to restore balance. This ancient full-body treatment promotes deep relaxation, improves circulation, releases toxins, balances energy, and nourishes body and mind holistically. Sarah's 75- and 90-minute sessions allow time for traditional massage plus deeper, intuitive work.
